These terms govern your use of the Streetsilo™ website and any order you place with us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

The Vault
Every piece we carry is a numbered, capped run — once a size is gone, it's gone until a seasonal restock, if one happens. Availability shown on the site reflects real-time stock, but in rare cases a piece may sell out between browsing and checkout.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in EUR and include Spanish IVA (21%). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to correct any pricing error and to cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, stock errors, or pricing errors. If we cancel your order, you'll be refunded in full.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streetsilo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Spanish or EU law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Spain. If you're an EU consumer, you can also raise a dispute through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
